which
said Bombazeene and Silk with the Handkerchief she has since
been Informed by the said Edward Potton< no role >
was forcibly taken away from him by
one Joseph Butler< no role >
in Company with two or three other Men in New Bond

Who on his Oath Saith that last Night as he was Carrying a Bundle
containing a Quantity of Silk and Bombazeene for [..] the above Martha Robinson< no role >
thro'

theHe was Accosted by a Man who Ask'd him the
Name of the Street on his Answering him the Man immediately took
away the Bundle from him And on his Calling out Thief He was
pursued and taken in Vigo Lane

Who on his Oath Saith that last Night as he was Standing in Cork Street
he heard the Cry of Stop Thief, That he pursued a Man that was
running along & Saw him Drop a Bundle which he immediately took
up. which Man was soon after Apprehended by another person &
whose Name he has since heard is Joseph Butler< no role >
