Who saith that yesterday afternoon about half past three
three o'Clock he was in Company with two persons now present who
call themselves Frederick Daniel Lucas< no role >
and Edward Ham< no role >
at the
Sun Alehouse
in Saint Catherines
when said Lucas proposed to
go out a robbing which they agreed to-That they sat out at
half past three o'Clock from the said Alehouse and went up
Oxford Street
and down the Kilburn Road
That they Stopped
a Man on foot and demanded his Money who said that he
had only a few half pence and they refused to take them
That in a short time afterwards they stopped another Man on
foot whom they robbed of what Money he had, but this
Examinant cannot say what Quantity as it was taken
by said Lucas-That they afterwards stopped another Man
and demanded his Money who told that he had none and
they let him go-That they were soon afterwards apprehended
by the Partrole-And further saith that they has no other
Weapons but a Stick each except said Ham who had a
large Knife
