Who being on Oath severally say and first the said
George Palethorpe< no role >
for himself saith That about six
o'Clock in the Evening of Yesterday the Person now
present who calls himself William Loiselle< no role >
came
to the House of this Informant to deliver a Messuage
he received from this Informants Son at Paris
That
this Informant asked him to Tea That he staid at this
Informants House till about eight o Clock. That as soon
as he left this Informants House Informant missed
a Silver Table Spoon and a Silver Tea Spoon-And this Informant

for herself saith That yesterday between the
Hours of nine and Ten o'Clock the Prisoner Loiselle
met this Informant in Jackson Alley
Bow Street
and offered to sell the Silver Tea Spoon now produced
to this Informant for Six pence That Informant gave
him Six pence for the same And the said George
Palethorpe< no role >
for himself further saith that the said
Spoon now produced is his Property and was feloniously
stolen out of his said House by the said William
