Who being on Oath for Himself says that
He is a Grocer
lives in King Street
St Margaret
Westmr
.: that this Afternoon about Four o Clock
the Person now present who calls Herself Elizabeth
Evans< no role >
with Two other Women (not taken) came into
the Shop of this Informant that one of the said Women
asked for a Quarter of an Crime of Tea which was
Weighed by this Informant Wife and laid for by the said
Woman that the said Elizabeth Evans< no role >
went out of
the said Shop a ten Minutes before the other Women
that after they had left his Shop He missed a Bagg
containing three Pounds weight of Tea from off a
Cunister in the said Shop that this Informant immediately
pursued and over took the said Elizabeth Evans< no role >
in
Channel Row with the said Bag of Tea (now produced
which in the property of this Informant) open Her
which the said Elizabeth Evans< no role >
told this Informant
was given Her by One of the other Woman
