Who being Severally upon Oath sayAnd first
this Informant Elizabeth Briggs< no role >
for herself
saith that she keeps a house No. 46
Cabell Street
well Close Square
, that the prisoners William Adams< no role >
and Ann Adams< no role >
lodged in the one pair of stairs
foreroom of said house, And the other Informant
And Mr. Donald who is her daughter and her husband
lodge in the back room of the said house, that
on Tuesday the seventh day of November last
the said back room door of her daughter was
broke open from the fore room And the
following things stolen therein towit [..] six Gawns
and four petticoats a Pair of Stays two aprons
three shirts five pairs of Stockings two sattin
waistcoats a Jacket a Hat and other things
the property of the said William Briggs< no role >
and the said John Mc Donald< no role >
That on
searching the Room she found the dissell
now produced in the said Room with which
it appears the said door was broke open
and which chissell the well knows belays
to the prisoner William Adams< no role >
having been
it in his possession the day on which he
took the Room, that soon after the Robbery
