the same, and soon after asked this Examinant
where had got the said KempThat the
Examinant told his said Brother that he
had [..] got, it from Mr. Bonds Dressing
Shop that his Brother proceeded to spin the
Kemp and nothing else particularfurtherpassed between
them that he this Examinant Stopped
about one Quarter of an Hour with his
Brother and then went away to his own home
where he was apprehended

And the said Thomas Brown< no role > for himself says
that he works for Mr Evans of White Horse
Street Stepney as related by his Brother
that yesterday in the afternoon his Master
gave him this Examinant thirteen Shillings and
Six pence to buy three Dozen pounds of Kemp
thathe met withhis Brother the said John
Brown
< no role > came to him in his said Masters
Ground yesterday about four o'Clock in the
afternoon and went away with him about Six
in the Evening.

That what his Brother has above related
about getting the Kemp is true, That he found
his said Brother in his said Masters Ground
this Morning withthea Quantity of Kemp
the same aswhich Kemp is, now produced that he gave
his said Brother half a Guinea for the
same, and began to Spin it, That he then
