Richard Thyrm< no role > and Robert Walinsley< no role > Three Light Foreman where
Horseswhomwere in the Stable under the Loft came to feed their
Horses and coming into the doft for some Hay saw the
deced and Deponent there one of them began to fondle
the deced and shortly afterwards they all went down having
first promised to rend deced and Deponent some Victuals and
but they did not and after they went down Deponent heard one of them say let us get some Water and wash them downand in about an hour and an half
afterwards the same Men come into the Loft again and
asked how they were and deced Said She was very ill and
Thomas Oats< no role > being up first took a bucket full of Water from
the other two Who handed it up to him and flung the Water
over deced and Deponent as they were sitting together deced
and Deponent cryed out under and endeavoured to get away
but before they could do so Oats flung three more buckets
full of Water over Deponent and deced which Thyrm and
Walmesly handed up to Oats and then deced and Deponent
got down into the Stable and Oats followed and when
they were down all the three Men flung Much & Horse dung
at deced and Deponent and deced had the most and appeared
to be almost smothered with itSaid it overcame her very
much and bled at her Nose a little ofand Said
that once when they threw at hersomething came
had against the back of her heard that hurt her badish.
Saith Deponent and deced went out of the Yard and the
three Man followed them near 30 Yards pelting them
all the way and then laft themThat the deced &
Deponent them went into a Lane at ye End of the
Gown leading to London and made a hire to dry their
Cloaths and then deced bled at the Nose very much nearly a Pintthis was between Six and Seven o Clock in the
Eveningthey dryed their Cloathsand went into
a Mr. Shipcots Rich Yard and layed down under one of
his Hay Richs.and then deceased Said the Water had overcome
