John Ford< no role > Servant to Mr. Shipcot of the George at Hounslow
upon his Oath Saith that on Wednesday Evening last
between three and four o' Clock he was in a Stable hamessing
some Horses and heard the Light Horsemen in the Yard of
whom oats Thynn and Walunsley were three (laughing
much and on coming down ye Yard he observed the deceased
and Mary him an Burnes just out of the Yard very wet
and duty as if Water and Much had been flung at them
and Thynn one of the three took up a large bone or Stack as appeared
to Deponent and ran after the Girls with itbut
whether he flung it at them cannot tellbut on Thynn
coming back into the Yard one said to OatsDamn
her I have jobed her well (meaning the deced) Saith
that when he Deponent came back he told Oats & Thynn had
he been throw at the timethey shod. not have flung the
Water over herthey replied how would you have
helped yourselfhe said they shod. have flung it own
him first. and then Oatson said he had a great mind
to go and bring her backs and fling her into the Sledge hole.
and would do so if he caught her in the Loft anymore.

the Mea Girl in the Hay left in the Morning with two
Soldiers with themand between 3 and 4 o Clock in

of Water and Said he would Shiere the Girls well and
