and handed up to Oats who was in the left and suppose
the Water was flung on them as he saw the Water run
into the StableThe Girls there came down and as
they were going along Oats, Thyrm and Walunsley
all flung Much and Ding with Dung forks at the
Girls is great quantities several times and the deced
who appeared to be very weak and not able to go
so fast as her Companion got the mostand when
they were out of the Yard Oats followed them and
took an hand full of and out of a Ditch and flung
at the deced which hit her on her face. and then
saw Oats catch up something from the Ground &
Run after her again. and when he returned he had
nothing in his handSaith that on Thursday
Morning last about seven o Clock he was hollowed
to by some persons that he was wanted in the
Rick Yard upon which he went up and Saw the
deced lay dead and Stiff under a Hay Rich or lather
a Yard distance or there about and very wet Saith
That if she had continued in the place under the
Rich. where she appeared to have law she could
not have been so wet.
