This Informant upon his Oath saith that the Prisoner
Edward Darby< no role >
some time since lived Servant
with this
Informant and that about Three Months ago he left this
Informant Service that on the Third day of this Instant
September a Black Mare this Informants property was
Felonious Stolen and taken out of a a Close or field at
Weston Underwood
aforesaid And this Informant further
on his Oath saith that he doth verily believe and Suspect
that the said Black Mare was Feloniously Stolen by
the said Edward Darby< no role >
the Prisoner the same having
been found in his Custody.
