Middlesex to wit.


The Information of Robert Drysdale< no role >
taken before me one of his Majestys
Justices of the peace in and for the said
County

Who being upon Oath saith that on the Tenth of
September instant being at a Public House known
by the Sign of the White Swan in upper East Smithfield
where he met with there Persons now present who call
themselves John Lewis< no role > Elizabeth Cox< no role > and Sarah Tyler< no role >
that they Stayed in the said House together about half an
hour and then they went away all together tosawtwo other
Public House and then it was proposed by the said John Lewis< no role > to
go to the Womens Lodgings in Back Lane Saint George
Middx which they did and when they came there this Informt
and the abovenamed Elizabeth Cox< no role > went together privately
and the said John Lewis< no role > and Sarah Tyler< no role > in another Room
that this Informt. had not been long in Company with the said
Elizabeth Cox< no role > when he detected the said Elizabeth Cox< no role > in
Robbing him of a Quantity of half pence he had in his
Pocket that he Immediately Seized hold of her and insisted
to have his Money returned when she violently Screamed
and the aforesd John Lewis< no role > and Sarah Tyler< no role > came into
the Room and he violently seized hold of this Informt. &
rescued the said Elizabeth Cox< no role > from him and then they
all run away together that as soon as they were gone
he found that not only his Money but his Watch Chain
and Seal had been feloniously taken and Carried away
And this Informant further upon his Oath declare
that he is positive that the said John Lewis< no role > Elizabeth Cox< no role >
is the person who robbed him as aforesd. and that the
said John Lewis< no role > and Sarah Tyler< no role > were aiding abetting
and Assisting in the said Felony as had it not have been
for the said Lewis and Tyler's coming into the Room he
shou'd have secured the said Cox with his property upon he
