O'Clock about twelve of the Workmen came to them
and among them the Man who had been shipped and
kicked DeponentA great deal of Conversation
passed about settling the Wages which was triffling
bestthey wereit was not settled and Upon this a Carpenter
(whose Name Deponent does not know) said he would fight
Harrison and with Six or Seven others who were left in the
Room said they would fight Harrison at all Events
Harrison agreed to fight and did fight with The Carpenter
last mentioned The Carpenter struck first and they
fought near half an hour. The Carpenter with his Fists struck
Harrison when he was on The Floor several times,
Harrison several times wanted to give over but
The Carpenter and The others would not let him at
last the deceased did give ever much spent. Deponent wiped
a good deal of blood off his Face and presently afterwards another
Man Said he would fight himand Harrison and he
went out at the Bouch Door to do so where Deponent
did not go but was told they fought and in about
twenty Minutes ReturnedWhite they were out
fighting Deponent heard several of the Neighbours
Shout out "will you kill the Man." on deceaseds
Return he told Deponent he was much hurt on the
back of his head Deponent than took him Home
to his Inches the abovenamed John Taylor< no role > s in Red
Lyon Street deceased walked HomeSaith that
on Wednesday last deceased sent for Deponent and
said he had a bad blow on his head and had got his last
