But Remembered that Edward Latter< no role > of Red Lyon passage Carpenter one of the Constables of the Parish of Saint George the
Martyr in the County of Middlesex acknowledge toowe to our Sovereign Lord the King the Sum of Forty pounds William Westgarth< no role >
Servant to Mr. Ayton of Coleman Street Silk Mercea Robert Hastimer< no role > of the Coach & Houses Public House in the Strand Victualler Charles Mayor< no role > of
Exeter Court in the Strand Stone Mason Joseph Montague< no role > of Swan Gard in the Strand Stone Mason John Gilliam< no role > of Exeter Court aforesaid
Stone mason Joseph Thotheforth< no role > of Window Court [..] if the Strand Stone Mason and George Paulings< no role > of the same Gloverand Breeches maker
do Severally Acknowledge to one to our Sovereign Lord the King the Sum of twenty Pounds each of law full Money of Great Britain to belevied
on their Several Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements by Way of Recognizance to his Majestys Use in Case Default shall happen to
be made in the Condition here under Written.

The Condition of this Reconizance is Such that if the above bounden Edward Latter< no role > and the rest
deliverally Personally Appearath the Next Session of the Peace to be held at the new Session House Situate on Clerkenwell Green in and for the County to Middlesex and the said
Edward Latter< no role > Shall them and there Prefer or Cause to be Preferred to the Grand pury a Bill of
Indictment against Richard Stone< no role > and William Neale< no role > late of the said Parish and CountyAnd now at large for the Willfull
Murder of John Harrison< no role > And that the said William Westgarth< no role > , Robert Hastings< no role > , Charles Mayor< no role > . Joseph
Montague
< no role > John Gilliam< no role > Joseph Motherforth< no role > and George Paullings< no role > do then and there Severally Personally Appear to give
Evidence on Such Bill of Indictment to the said Grand Jury And in Case the said Bill of Indictment be found by the Grand Jury a Full Bill that then
they the said Edward Latter< no role > and the rest
do Severally Personally Appear at the Next Session of Gaol Delivery to be holden for the said County of
Middlesex at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey London And the said Edward Latter< no role > Shall then and there
Prosecute or Cause to be Prosecuted the said Richard Stone< no role > and William Neale< no role > if they shall been Custody On such Indictment And the said William Westgarth< no role >
Robert Hastings< no role > Charles Mayor< no role > Joseph Montague< no role > John William< no role > Joseph Motherforth< no role > and George Paulling< no role >
to then and there Severally give Evidence to the Jury that Shall Passon the Tryal of the said Richard Stone< no role > and William Neale< no role >
touching the promises And in Case the said Bill of Indictment Shall be Returned by the Grand Jury not found that then they do severally Personally Appear at the
Said Session of Gaol Delivery to be then and there holden for the said County and then and there Prosecute and give Evidence to the Jury that Shall Pass on the Tryal
of the said William Neale< no role > and the hard StoneUpon and Inquisition taken before me one of his Majesty's Corners for the
Said County of Middlesex On View of the Body of the said John Harrison< no role > And not depart the Court without
Leave then this Recognizance to be Void otherwise to Remain in full force.
