C ounty of Middlesex aforesaid
and taken before me Sir Sampson on Wright< no role > Kt .
one of his MAJESTY'S Justices of the Peace for the said
County of Middlesex , this 7th. Day of June
17 86

Who severally [..] say and first the said James Gall< no role > says
that he is a Labourer and was born in Edinburgh -that he hath
been in the Coldstream Regiment of foot Guards three Years
that he was in Colonel Morgans Companythat on Monday the
29th. of May last he this Examinant dined at his Lodgings at
the House of John Anderson< no role > No. 41 Pye Street Westminster that
he was at the Red Lion in Pye Street aforesaid from about half
past seven o'Clock till about half past 9 o'Clock on said Monday
Night with said Daniel Chambers< no role > that he quitted said Red Lion
Ale house about P past 9 o'Clock when he immediately went
to his Lodgings at said Anderson, and did not go from thence
that NightAnd the said Daniel Chambers< no role > says that he is a
Shoemaker and lodger of No. 41 . in Pye Street aforesaid Kept by
said Anderson with whom he has lodged about five Weeks that he
dined on said Monday the 29th. of May last with his Wife at his said
Lodgings that he was with James Gall< no role > on said Monday Night at
the said Red Lion Alehouse aforesaid from about half past seven
o Clock till about twenty Minutes after nine in Company with
said James Gall< no role > when he went away and immediately went
home to his Lodgings at said Anderson and went to bed & did not go out again
that Night
