came to Lodge with him on Monday the 14th. day of March last
ontheSunday following the Acrose early and went out
this deponent having occasion to open him box Immediately
Missed ten Guineas and half in Gold, wrapped in a Piece
of Linen this deponent Suspected the Prisoner Stephen
Langdon< no role >
to have Stolen the said Money, Immediately
went in Pursint of him, and Caused him to be apprehended
at his formes Lodging on Monday the 21st. day of March Instant

Saith, being Sent for to Apprehend
un Man on Suspicion of felony on Monday the 21st. Instant
who on Searching him found two Guineas in one of the Prisoners
Shoes and Ninee Guineas in the other now Produced one of
