Who on this Oath say and first the said Edward Gray< no role >
says that last
night about ½ past 7 oClock as this Informant was coming in his Chariot
from Hillingdon
to London in company with said Thomas Hammond< no role >
,
he was stopped by 3 Footpads near the 6 Mile stone on Ealing
Common
, who robbed this Informant of a Silver Watch now produced,
two Seals now produced and four ShillingsThat two persons now
present who call themselves John Ivemay< no role >
and John Honey< no role >
, he is
very sure are two of said Footpads, and does verity believe that
another Person now present who calls himself Samuel Gildham< no role >
is
the Third Footpad And further says that said Ivemay took Informants
Watch and said Honey took his Money; and that the third Man
Stood at the Horses. And the said Thomas Hammond< no role >
says that
he was robbed at the same time of either 5 or 6 Shillings by said
Ivemay-and does verily believes said Honey and Goldham to
be the other two Footpads.
