First the said Thomas Graham< no role >
upon Oath saith that he
hath great reason to believe two Men who call themselves
by the Names of John Fennell< no role >
, and William Seddon< no role >
did feloniously steal and Carry away from out of a
Cart belonging to John Lucas< no role >
a Sack containing a
Quanity of Copper Half pence Value Ten Shillings his
Property And further upon his Oath saith that he
saw the above named John Seddon< no role >
, and John Fennell< no role >
,
watching him as he put the said Sack into the said Cart
on Saffron Hill
in the saidCurtCounty and afterwards [..] following the Cart
near to Hatton Wall
when a Boy told him two Men
had taken something from his Cart
