Who being upon Oath say, and first the said James Grant< no role >
Says that between six and seven oClock last Night he gave the
said John Clark< no role >
a Bundle containing four Shirts three neck Handkerchiefs
one Stock apair of Worsted Stockings and three pocket Handkerchiefs
to carry to his Aunt to washAnd the said John Clark< no role >
says
that as he was coming up Catherine Street
with the said
Bundle in his hand a person now present who calls himself
George Wilkinson< no role >
dropped a penny before himThat whilst
this Informant [..] stooped to pick up the said Penny the said
George Wilkinson< no role >
by force and Violence snatched his Bundle
from him and ran away with the Same into Russel Court
and this Clare Court
and further says that he never lost sight of
said Wilkinson until he was apprehendedAnd the said William
Martin< no role >
says that at this time he was standing in Russel Court
and heard the Cay of "Stop Thief" that he saw the said Wilkinson
running very fast out of Russel Court
into Clare Court
that
he pursued him, and caused him to be apprehended
