The Information of John Rawlins< no role > John
Rawlins
< no role > , Peter Thomas< no role > , and Thomas Allen< no role >
taken before me this 13th. day of November 1784

Who being on Oath say and first the said Jane Rawlins< no role > says
that last Night a Person now present who calls herself Ann
Collins
< no role > came to her near Hyde Park corner and asked her to
[..] Lend her, her Cloak to go to a Gentleman's House, the she
Collins would give Informant a Shilling and a Penny, That said
Collins immediately took the Cloak from Informant and Ran away
with it, That Informant followed her crying for sometime until
she lost sight of said Collins. And the said JohnCollinsRawlins
says that about half past 6 o'Clock last Night Jane Rawlins< no role > his
daughter came home and said a Woman had taken her Cloak
And this Informant further says that a Cloak now produced is
his property and is the same Cloak that was taken from his Daughter
And the said Peter Thomas< no role > says that on an enquiry being made
if a Woman had been seen on the Road without a Hat and with [..]
Cloak which said Rawlins described to Informant, That about 7 o'Clock
Informant Apprehended said Collins in a Waggon at Hammersmith
Turnpike on Whose person he found said Cloak now produced
And the said Thomas Allen< no role > says he was in Company with said
Thomas when said Cloak was found in the possession of said
Collins.
