taken before me this 29th. day of Novemr. 1784
Who being upon Oath says and first the said Thomas Church< no role >
says that on Saturday Night last
a Cock eight Hens and a Dung Drag were Stolen out of a Cart
House on this Informants Premises at East Acton
aforesaid
and further says that he is very sure that the Cock now produced
is the Clock that was stolen from him as aforesaid and that
he doth believe that the eight Hens and the Dung Drag now
produced are the same that were stolen from him at same
time, And the said John Smith< no role >
says that about 11 o Clock on
Saturday Night last he apprehended a Person now present who
calls himself Edward Craker< no role >
at Kensington Gravel Pitts
whom he found the Sack containing said Cock eight Hens and
Iron Dung Drag now produced and two Plough Tucks-a
Plough Paddle
& a Gate binge
