Sinclair< no role > his Waiter -taken before me this 1st..
day of December 1794.

Who being on Oath say and first the said Donald Cameron< no role > says
that he keeps the Thistle and Crown in Church Court That he Recollects
Melvin Simmonds< no role > now present being at this Informant house on
Saturday night last about 10 o'Clock & having two pints of Beer in
the Box behind the door-That he also recollects to tall Man being
with him at the same time who had these pennyworth of Gin and
Water which he paid for as well as the two, Pints of Beer which
Simmonds had That he also recollects to Woman being in the same
Box. That he recollects that William Flint< no role > now present hath
met William Anderson< no role > now present several times at this Informants
house within ten Days last past and doth also recollect the
said Flint's being at this Informants' house on Saturday look

And the said David Sinclair< no role > says that she recollects said William
Anderson< no role > being at his said Masters house on Friday or Saturday
Evening last but which he can't says at which time a youngish
Man was with him who had a pint of Beer.
