Who being upon Oath say, and first the said Mary Bainbridge< no role >
says that about seven o'Clock this Evening a person now present. who
calls herself Mary Morris< no role >
came into this Informants Shop-desired
to see some Ribbon of different Sorts, which were shewn to her,
and asked the [..] Price of each-That soon afterwards a Man
came in, and asked for some Hair Ribbon, which were shewn to him-
That said Man said, that the Ribbon shewn him was not sufficient
and desired to see a drawer of Ribbon, which this Informant

then talked to said Man, on which
he went out-That suspecting said Mary Morris< no role >
to have Stolen past
of said Ribbon, she went to her & shook her Petticoats, on which the
piece of brown and white Ribbon now produced dropped from her,
which she is very sure is her property, and was stolen from her
by the said Mary Morris< no role >
-And the said Anna Maria Oliver< no role >
says
that she was present in said Shop, at this time, and saw said
Mary Morris< no role >
throw her Cloak over several pieces of Ribbons And
take the said Piece of Ribbon and endeavour to conceal it in
her Pocket-And the said Thomas Edwards< no role >
says that he was present
in said Shop at this time-That on said Mary Morris< no role >
's being
charged with stealing something out of said Shop and said
Mary Bainbridges shaking her Petticoats, he saw said piece
