Boxes to prevent a discovery-That this Informant then took with
him about 317 Dollars (leaving about 1000 with the said Thomas
Browne
< no role > Junior and thirteen Watches) - That he buried the Watches
in his Mothers garden in Old Gravel Lane and the Dollars he took with
him he fold to Cushmore and Farmer and received from them a
Ten pound Bank Note and ten Guineas in Cash - And this Informant
further saith that the Same Morning the said May Cook< no role > and Joseph
Church
< no role > took a Quantity of the Dollars in their Pockets and Sold to
Cushmore and Farmer otherwise Solomons in Petties at Lane for
seventy five Guineas and that they took the remainder they had left
at Brownes away about ten o Clock the same Evening in a Boat,
landed them at St. Catherines and as he verily believes look them
to the Lodgings of Arthur Jameson< no role > in or near Maid [..] Rents
East Smithfield - That the said Paine and Gray the Same Morning
took all their Share of the Dollars and Watches and carried them
tothe saidBenjamin Wolfes - Saith that Miles left him Share
of the Dollars at Brownes till the Thursday after the Robbery when
he took them away in a Coach and told this Informant that he
should carry them to his Mothers who lived up a Court in Bunhill
Row but that he Sold the Watches to Solomons Wife for Ten Guineas
That he verily believes the said Thomas Browne< no role > has not Yet disposed
of his Share either of the Watches or Dollars but that the Same
are somewhere secreted - That on this Informants enquiry of
Brown on the Friday Night for the Dollars he had left, Brown
told him they were Stolen, but to prevent this Informants making a
Noise or Stir about it gave him a Bank Note for Ten Pounds
