Indictment against him the said

Great Britain & with force and Arms at the Parish aforesaid in the
County aforesaid one Line frock of the Value of one Shilling one
Linen Towel of the value of Six pence and one horse roller of the
value of one Shilling of the goods and Chattels of

then and there being found feloniously did steal, take and carry away
against the peace of our said Lord the King his Crown and Dignity.
And thereupon the said

there Ordered and Directed to be sent and transported as soon as
conveniently might to some of the Colonies or plantations of our
said Lord the King in America
for the term of Seven years. And
these are to further Certify that
