taken before me this 5th. day of June 1784

Who being upon sath says and first the said Sarah Frewen< no role >
says, that a Teaspoon now produced, is this Informants property and was
feloniously stolen out of this Informants Masters House a little before
6 oClock this Morningthat the two Teaspoons now produced are
this Informants property and the three Teaspoons also now produced
are the property of Elizabeth Christian< no role > her fellow Servant and were
Stolen at the sametime out of her said Master House, and further
says that before she went Bed last Night, she is very sure
she had shut down all the Windows of the Kitchen, and put the
Shutters too & that when she came down this morning a little before
Six, she found one of said Windows had been opened, and the above
Articles Stolen out of Said KitchenJohn Burr< no role > for himself saith
that the Shirt now produced is this Informants property and was stolen
out of a small Drawer in the Dresser of the Kitchen of his said
Master HosueThe said Charles adams< no role > says that he came down
stairs into said Kitchen of said House this Morning about twenty
Minutes before 6 o'Clockthat he there saw a Person now present who
calls himself John Richardson< no role > and another Manwhowho on seeing
him, ran out, and up the Area, and then got over the iron Rails into
the Street, and ran awayAnd the said Thomas Halsey< no role > says that
he was at his Stables in Berkley Street about 6 o'Clock this morning
when he saw the said John Richardson< no role > running down Berkley Street
towards Piccadilly that he saw him throw some Tea Spoons over the Duke
