{ BE< no role > it remembered, that on the ninth Day of June in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty four
Thomas Neale< no role > of the parish of Herton in the County of middlesex Brick master
personally came before me William Heckford< no role > Eliz one of his Majesty's Justice of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex
and acknowledge himself to be indebted to our Sovereign Lord the King in the Sum of Twenty Pound of good and lawful money to the carried on his good N Chattels Land< no role > & Tenemts

Taken and
acknowledged
before me


Upon Condition, that if the above bound Thomas Neale< no role > shall personally appear at the next general
Quarter Sessions to be holden at Clerkenwell in and for the said County of middlesex and then and there prefer a Bill of
Indictment against Thomas Rider< no role > late of Heston Labourer for the feloniously taking and carrying away two Hour 2 hatchets a hammer
a pair of pinchers a fill and three Iron Bars the Property of a person unknown

and shall then there give Evidence concerning the same, to the Jurors who shall enquire thereof
on the Part of our said Lord the King: And in cafe the same be found a true Bill, then if the said Thomas Neale< no role > shad personally appear before the Jurors, who shall
pass upon the Trial of the said Thomas Reder< no role > and give Evidence upon the said Indictment, and not depart without Leave of the Court. Then this Recognizance to be void.
