{BE it remembered, that on the Twenty ninth Day of June in the Yar of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty
unarles Hume of the Parish of Twekenham Cordiner
personaly came before me William Hekford< no role > Esqr one of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex
and acknowledged himself to the indebted to our Sovereign Lord the King in the Sum of Twenty pounds of Lawful money to be convid on his good & Chatdalands & Sernd

upon Condition, that if the above bound Charles Hume< no role > shall personally appear at the next general
Quarter Session of the peace to be holden at Clerkenwell in and for the said County and then and there prefer a Bill
Indictment against Richard Powell< no role > This name instance is in set 1532. This set is in the group(s): GarrowsClients . late of Chiswick Fisherman for the feloniously taking and Carrying away a quantity of Lead
the Property of The Rt Honble Earl Paulet< no role > agt the Statute Etc

and shall then and there give Evidence concerning the same, to the Jurors who shall enquire thereof
on the Part of our said Lord the King: and in case the same be found a true Bill, then if the said Charles Hume< no role > shall Personally appear before the Jurors, who shall
pass upon the Trial of the said Richard Powell< no role > This name instance is in set 1532. This set is in the group(s): GarrowsClients . and give Evidence upon the said Indictment, and not depart without Leave of the Court. Then this Recognizance to be void.
