Who being upon Oath saith that
he was Employed as a Carpenter
in a building of Mr. Robert
Grubb

Smith field together with one Daniel
Tyler
< no role > Thomas Barton< no role > and
Daniel Dickson< no role > that during the
time they were Employed
there has been out different times
a Quantity of Lead feloniously
taken and Carried away from
the said Buildings by this Informant
the sd. Daniel Tylor Thomas Barton< no role >
Daniel Dickson< no role > (and Victory
who is not yet taken) the property
of the said Robert Grubb< no role > and
which Lead they sold and either
shared the produce of such cale
in mony or Liquor and this
