Middlesex to wit

The Information of Adam Hamilton< no role >
and William Pratt< no role > and Joseph Rowe< no role > taken on Oath the Twenty eighth day
of June 1784 before me one of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex .

This Informant Adam Hamilton< no role > Saith that on the Twenty third
day of June Instant early in the morning his Dwelling house
at Enfield Highway in the Parish of Enfield in the County of
Middlesex was Burglariously broke open and feloniously stolen
taken and carried away therefrom Seventeen silver Tea spoons
and some Linnen and one Horse Pistol now property of this Informant
And further Saith That me Horse Pistol now produced is the
property of this Informant and is part of the property so
feloniously stolen taken and carried away from this Informant
as aforesaid.

This Informant William Pratt< no role > Saith that he is a
Servant to Adam Hamilton< no role > of Enfield Highway in the
Parish of Enfield in the County of Middlesex And Saith
that on Wednesday Morning [..] the Twenty third day of
June Instant between the hours of two and three O'Clock
he was then in bed in his Masters house and being then
awake he heard some Person at the door and looking
towards the door he saw John Nash< no role > Nashthe prisoner now
under Examination together with one William Holmes< no role >
(who is now in Custody for the same Offence) come in at
the door the said William Holmes< no role > then having a
lighted Candle in his hand.

This Informant Joseph Rowe< no role > Saith that he is a Servant
to Adam Hamilton< no role > of the Parish of Enfield and lives in
a House belonging to the said Adam Hamilton< no role > and
near to his Dwelling house And Saith that on Wednesday
morning the Twenty third day of June Instant (believes it
was between one and two O'Clock) he was called up
out of his bed by William Pratt< no role > his fellow Servant
and he was acquainted by him that there was two
