Saith that on the Twenty third
day of June Instant early in the morning his Dwelling house
at Enfield Highway
in the Parish of Enfield
in the County of
Middlesex
was Burglariously broke open and feloniously stolen
taken and carried away therefrom Seventeen silver Tea spoons
and some Linnen and one Horse Pistol now property of this Informant
And further Saith That me Horse Pistol now produced is the
property of this Informant and is part of the property so
feloniously stolen taken and carried away from this Informant
as aforesaid.

Parish of Enfield
in the County of Middlesex
And Saith
that on Wednesday Morning [..] the Twenty third day of
June Instant between the hours of two and three O'Clock
he was then in bed in his Masters house and being then
awake he heard some Person at the door and looking
towards the door he saw John Nash< no role >

under Examination together with one William Holmes< no role >
(who is now in Custody for the same Offence) come in at
the door the said William Holmes< no role >
then having a
lighted Candle in his hand.

was between one and two O'Clock) he was called up
out of his bed by William Pratt< no role >
his fellow Servant
and he was acquainted by him that there was two
