says He is a Gardner lives
at the Neat Houses upon Mill Bank
that
about Half past one o'Clock this Morning He
was called up by His Watchman

persons had got into the Garden Ground that
this Informant immediately got up went into
the Ground saw the4 Man now present that to calls
Himself Thomas Chaddick< no role >
and another man
Latting up the Light of the Cricumber [..]
that He took the said Thomas Chaddick< no role >
and
that the other Man ran away that this
Informant saw severall Cucumber Plants pulld
up and severall Cucumbers lay upon the
Ground in a Bag

to Mr. Sprang that He was
sent to watch, the Garden that about half past
one o'Clock this Morning this Informant saw two
Men in the Garden Entering under the Glasses of
the Cucumber Frame that this Informant went
and calld His Master Samuel Sprang< no role >
up that
his said Master and this Informant went into
the Garden with a Resolution to take the said
Men that this Informant calld to the said Men
and bid them surrender or they would shoot them
that one of the Men Thomas Chaddick< no role >
now pres-
sent Danm'd their Eyes and bid them shoot away
that this Informant upon the said Men advance
ing towards them Shot at one at them that
