The Information of Benjamin Bryon< no role >
Thomas Holland< no role > & Joseph Colman< no role > taken
before me this First Day o May 1784.

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the
said Benjamin Bryon< no role > for himself says that He keeps
Garden Ground at Earle Court in the Parish of Hensington
that on Wednesday Night last His Ground were Robbis
of a Parcel of Seed Cabbage Plants value to Him near Twenty
Pounds that He saw the Plants in the Ground on the
Wednesday Afternoon and that the Plants now produced
are his Property

Thomas Holland< no role > for Himself says that about
Ten oClock on Wednesday Night last the was going across
Tothill Fields and saw Two Men Coming along with a
Sack on Each of their Backs that suspecting they were
Shieves Stop'd the Man now present who calls himself
Richard Walker< no role > that this Informant asked Him what
He had got there that the said Richard Walker< no role > made
no answer that this Informant took him and the
Sack containing Cabbage Plants that the said Richard
Walker
< no role > said He had them from Earls Court

And Joseph Colman< no role > for Himself says that
on Wednesday Night last about the Hone of Ten He
with the aforesaid Thomas Holland< no role > in Tothil Field
met the Person now present who calls himself Richard
Walker
< no role > and another Maim each with a Sack on him Back
that suspecting they had stolen something stoped then
that this Informant took hold of one of the sacks but
the Man ran away that the said Richard Walker< no role >
told Mr. Gable whom they took him to that they get them
from Earls Court that this Informant examined
the Lack & found it contained Cabbage Plants
