that he could not tell the figure that
he should chalk under a Hatt which
the said John Simmonds< no role > agreed to lay
when the said person who came into the
House with this Informant desired him
to put down the Money (which he did)
for that he might as well have the
Money as any body else when the
Person now present and the person who
first [..] went into the House with this
Informant Immediately seized the
Ten Guineas from of the Table and
Ran away, and the Second Man
who came into the Room and who was
in Company with the said two Men
Seized this Informant by the Collar
and held during which time the other
two Men went away and told him they
they was Jokeing with him and went to
to look after them during which he
made his escape
