Walker Said No. Directly after She got out
of Bed & cryed out oh Lord & Immediately came
Down Stairs, her Husband following close to her
When they came down Stairs the Husband had the
Deceased with his Arms raind her NeckJoseph Branch< no role >
took hold of his Right hand & the Witness of his
left; the Deceased fell down & being released from
her Husbands Handsher Husband Stamped on
her with her left Footthe Witness pushed him
off her & the Deceased got up and ran out of Doas
He pursued & pulled her down with his right hand the
witness having at the same time hold of his left Hand
The Witness & Joseph Branch< no role > again released her
the Deceased ran & fell against a handle on the right side
of the DoorJoseph Branch< no role > went for Assistance
& the Witness begged of W. Walker not to Middle wit
her any More Saying he had killed her, desiring him
to look at the Bloodon Which W. Walker Said
"I have Killd her & [..] meant to kill her & wish to die
I Shall be hangedPick her up & bring in doas
they brought her in & the Witness Saw her die
about half an hour afterwardWhile She
was fitting the Ground dyingher Husband came
& said "Be you dead"I told her how I wd. Serve
you
