Who being on his Oath Saith That he lives at Field Gate

next Door to one Thomas Petch< no role >
that on Wednesday
night between the Hours of Nine and Ten he was Informed that
Several Persons had been Knocking at the Door of the said

Who keeps a Cook Shop theseand Saith that Suspecting
butthat theSameHouse was Shut up and the Family gone out
Saith That Suspecting the Said Thomas [..] Petch< no role >
was
gone off for fear of being Arrested he this Informant
went out and reconnsidred the House ofparshthe said

and at that Instant Discovered the said

coming out of his HouseSaiththat he the
Said Thomas Petch< no role >
Locked his Door and went away
saith that presently after he this Informant Discovered
that the House of the said Thomas Petch< no role >
was on Fire
Upon which he Alarmed the Neighbourhood and the [..]
of theStreet Door was Broke openSaiththat he this
Informant (with other) went into the House and found
the Partition and Door of the Passage
on Fire and
it Appeared that a Quantity of Shavings had been
laid along theSaidSide of the Said Partition in the
Shop, Saith that part of the Wood on the Floor of the Said
Shop is Burned and he Verily believes the said
House was wilfully Set on Fire by him the Said
Thos. Petch.
