Who being on oath say and first the said Richard Jenings< no role >
says that on
Monday last the 9th. Instant this Informant was Robbed by two Men of
half a Guinea and about eight shillings in Silver by the side of the Garden
wall of the French Hospital
near Ratcliffe
Row in the Parish of Saint Luke
Old Street
and that a person now present who calls himself John Rayboll< no role >
is one of the said two Men who Robbed him as aforesaid as this Informant
verily believes-And the said James Mc. Manus says that on Tuesday
last the 10th. Instant about ½ past 7 o Clock in the Evening this Informant
Apprehended said John Rayboll< no role >
near the wall of the French Hospital
aforesaid having concealed under his Coat a Cutlass now Produced.
