Thomas Capp< no role > and
Elizabeth Aldey< no role > for Felony

Elizabeth Aldey< no role > of Chick Lane in the parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex Widow maketh
Oath and saith that she this Deponent stand indicted at this
Session of the Delivery of the Kings Gaol of Newgate for the
said County of feloniously receiving one Bar of Iron of the
Value of five shillings of the good and Chattels of Edward Meaux< no role >
Esquire Capp. That this Deponent hath been informed
and verily believes the said Thomas Capp< no role > was this day
tried for stealing the said Bar of Iron and acquitted And
that the Recognizance of this Deponent and her Bail was
ordered to be estreated for her non Appearance to take her
Trial as Accessary to the said Felony. That this Deponent
attended at this Court from half an hour after Nine o'Clock
till near Eleven o'Clock this morning when this Deponent having asked
a Man whose name she doth not know if her name
was in the List of Prisoners put up on the Outer gate of
this Court and been answered that her name was not
in the said List returned home and came back immediately
to this Court where she has attended ever since That
this Deponent did not hear her name called at any time
during her said Attendance, and did not absent herself
with a View of avoiding her Trial on the said Indictment
but from the Causes above set forth
