This Informant upon his Oath saith that
he hath just Reason to believe that a

did feloniously Steal one Shirt, one Childs
Jaumb< no role > , one child Dimity Pettycoat, and
one pair of Dimity Pockets the Property of
the said Jenkin Jones< no role > Esqr . the above
things being found in the Possesion
of the said John Penny< no role > This name instance is in set 1371.
