upon his Oath Saith
That one Edward Britt< no role >
(now in Custody) is his Apprentice
That upon Examining his House this Morning he missed
the several Goods and Things following (Vizt.) One piece of
Florentine Silk< no role >
Two pieces of Nan keen Two pieces of
Silk and Sattin for Waistcoats One pair of Velveret
Breeches< no role >
One Corded Dimity Waistcoat< no role >
One other
Waistcoat and other things his Goods and Chattles which
said Goods were feloniously Stolen out of his Dwelling
House in Crown and Seepter Court Saint James's
which said Goods are of the Value of Three Pounds & upwards
And this Informant Thomas Hillard< no role >

Saith That he is a Peace Officer and Sat up in his
Turn at the Watch House of Saint Giles in the fields
That the above mentioned Goods were delivered into
his hands by Mr: George Durham< no role >
another peace Officer
And this Informant George Durham< no role >

himself Saith That about the hour of One oClock
this Morning he Stopped the above Named Edward

in High Street
in the parish of Saint Giles
in the fields having in his Possession the above
mentioned Goods and Things and Suspecting he did
not come honestly by Them he took him into Custody
