Who being upon Oath say and first the said Godliffe
Hartman< no role >
says that about 6 oClock in the Evening of Sunday the 14th
of December instant he was robbed in Hackney Fields
by
two Footpads of a Hat and Handkerchief now produced
and a Neckcloth and further says that he doth verily believe
that two Persons now present who call themselves Joseph
Clark< no role >
and James Randall< no role >
are the said two Footpads that
so robbed him as aforesaid the said Robert Martin< no role >
for himself
says that he is a Manufacturer of Hats-That he is
very sure the said Hat is the property of the said Godliffe
St Martin an and was sold by him to the said Godliffe Hartman< no role >
about 6 Week, agoAnd the said Thomas Carpmeal< no role >
says that he this day found upon the said Joseph Clark< no role >
the said Handkerchief and Hat
