Burrows admitted an Evidence
in his Majesty's behalf against

John Barnett< no role > taken before me One
of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that on
Wednesday last he together with Richard
Wall< no role > went to empty House in upper
Seymour Street in the Parish of Saint
Mary le bone and Cut from of the Top
of the said House onetwopiece of Lead
which they stoled & brought away and
Immediately [..] the said Richard
Wall< no role > took the said Lead to the House
of John Barnett< no role > and returned and
told this Informant [..] who was standing
opposite Barnett's House he had Sold
it to Barnetts wife for ten pence
which they shared between
