before me one of his Majestys Justices of the
peace
in and for the said County
Who being upon Oath saith that on Friday night
the Second of May instant about Nine o Clock
he had been to Mr. Middleton a Pawn broker in
Green bank
Wapping for Two Pillows and One
Street that as he was coming with them upon his
head to go home to the Person's house whom he calls his Father in Prussians Island
Wapping a Person now present who calls himself
James Burn< no role >
came behind him and with force and
violence throwed him down and then feloniously
took and Carried away the said Bundle containing
Two Pillows and One Street as aforesd the property of
John Ward< no role >
And this Informant further saith that he
is positive sure that the said James Burn< no role >
is the
Man who throwed him down and Stole his things
as above related as he never was out of his
Sight untill he was taken
