Who being Severally upon Oath say and first
Informant John Balfour< no role >
for himself saith
that he keeps a Public House the Corner
of

Panton Street
And exend on Street in the
Parish of Saint Martin in the fields
in the said
County, that a Cout a Quarter after Nine
o'Clock last Night he Bolted his Cellar
Door of his Dwelling House aforesaid and
Shut up his House about twelve; o'Clock
that a Cout half an hour after Six o Clock
this Morning he got up when he found
the Cellar Door had been unbolted, and
going into the [..] Barr found the Sash
up and a paper that was [..] ted on pane of
Glass in the said Sash Window of the Barr, [..] had been broke,
Burnt the Till standing on a Table
in the Barr with the Key belonging
thereto, in the lock thereof, which Key had
been left in another Drawer in the said
Barr as it usually had been and found
that about Seventeen or eighteen pounds
in Silver mostly in half Crown pieces
