Middlesex to wit.

The Information of John Fitzpatrick< no role > Thomas
Bowman
< no role > , Joseph Palmer< no role > and Samuel Mayner< no role >
taken before me this 3rd. day of March 1783

Who being on Oath say and first the said John Fitzpatrick< no role >
Says that last Night about half past 8 o'Clock as this Informant
was walking on the Fulham Road he was stopped by two Men,
one of whom he is very sure was John Hasleworth new
present. That the said Hasleworth seized this Informant by
his Collar and held a knife to his throat and told him to
deliverd. That said Hasleworth loosed his collar but Still kept
the Knife to his throat and with his other Hand took this
Informants Watch now produced out of his inside coat
pocket That either said Hasleworth on the other Man,
took New Hal Crown pieces and some Half pence from
this Informant. That after the Robbery (upon the Second Man
seperating from Hasleworth) this Informant pursued Hasleworth
ever a Hedge and after some Struggle and receiving Assistance
secured him. And this Informant further says that the spot where
the said Joseph Palmer< no role > picked up the Knife now produced,
this Morning, was the Spot where said Hasleworth was
secured last night. And the said Thomas Bowman< no role > for
himself says that he is a Watchman and stands in
New Brompton Now, that hearing an Alarm, he came up
and assisted said Fitzpatrick in Securing said Hasleworth
and further says that he found the Watch now produced
in a Hedge, near where he was secured. And the said
Joseph Palmer< no role > says that he found the Knife now produced
in a Hedge near the Place where said Fitzpatrick said
he had been robbed, this Morning about 9 o'Clock. And
