three returned to Town and after this Informant and Mr.. Delany
were set down in Wigmore Street, Mr. Morris went on in
the Coach, first leaving [..] Directions with Mr.. Delany where he
might be found that Evening and that he was to Sup with Mr.
Fazakerley. That before said Robert Morris< no role > left them, they likewise
informed him that he might find them at the Mary bone Coffee
house in Oxford Street at half past Seven o'Clock. That after this
Mr. Delany went home. That this Informant called at the at the Mary bone
Coffee house about the appointed time where he found said Mr.
Delany who informed him that said Robert Morris< no role > was at his
own Lodgings at No 170 in Oxford Street to which place they
both went where they found said Robert Morris< no role > . That Mr.. Delany
requested Mr.. Morris to go and inform Mr.. Allen that he was
ready to meet him as he wished the Business might be finished
that day, when Mr.. Morris replied that he would not carry any
more verbal Messages and desired Mr.. Delany would write,
which Mr.. Delany did tho' contrary to this Informant's wish
That after this they all three went to the corner of Bond Street
where they got into a Coach and proceeded to Mr.. Fazakerley's in
Clifford Street where Mr.. Morris said Mr.. Allen was. That Mr..
Morris went into the House leaving Mr.. Delany and this Informant
in the Coach, during which time two Gentlemen crossed the Way
and went in also, one of which Mr. Delany remarked was Mr..
Allen, soon after which Mr. Morris returned into the Coach & told
them that Mr.. Allen had not Balls for his Pistols and added that
he must go to Mr. Wogden for them. That Mr. Delany complained
of this Protraction of the Business, when Mr. Morris ordered another
Coach to be called and said that he and Mr.. Allen would go down
to Wogden's in it. That both Coaches drove to the Hay market and
