who should come for the said Bag, when about
Eight oClock in the Evening the say aforesd.. a
person now present who calls himself Esan
Gibbs
< no role > was Apprehended by by the saidone of the other
Informant..
James Judge< no role > and brought to this
Informts House in the Tower aforesd.. with the
said bag of Salt Petre now Produced which
he had upon his Shoulders and which Salt
Petre this Informt.. verily beleives to be the
Property of his Majesty and to have been
feloniously taken and Carried away from the
Store room situated as aforesd.. This Informant
Walter Little< no role > for himself saith that he is a
Labourer in the Office aforesd.. that he was
ordered by the other Informt. Clement Horton< no role > to
watch the Store room as aforesd. that on Tuesday
the 30th. of April last he found a bag concealed
in the sd. Room and he verily believes that the
bag now produced is the same which he found
And this other Informt. John Dale< no role > for himself
saith that he is also a Labourer in the same
Office and was ordered to watch with the last
Informt. and was present when the bag aforsd.
was found and verily beleives it to be the
same that was concealed as aforesd.
