Who being upon Oath say and first the said Joseph
Mall< no role >
for himself says that yesterday Afternoon a Silver
Watch now produced his property was stolen out of a Workshop
in his House, that when he this Informant went out of the
said Workshop he left nobody there except John Girven now
present, that when he returned about 20 Minutes afterwards
the said John Girven< no role >
was gone and his said Watch was taken
away and he this Informant does verily believe that the
said John Girven stole the said WatchAnd the said William
Taylor< no role >
for himself says that yesterday Afternoon the
said John Girven pawned the said Watch as his own property
with this Informant for half a Guinea
