Sadler

and John James Smith< no role >
taken before Us two of His Majestys
Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said County City & Liberty

Who being severally upon Oath say and first this
Informant Joseph Sadler< no role > for himself saith that
he is an Hackney Coachman and drives his own Coach
remembers on Monday Evening the begining of December
being called off the Stand at Charing Cross to the Golden
Cross Inn when he took up the other Informant John
James Smith
< no role > and Lady. this Informant put into
his bench two Trunks [..] and drover to
Bunhil Rows Says that when he was at the End of
Saint Martins Lane he saw a Man behind the Coa [..]
who continued until he came to Cheswell Street [..]
upto Bunhill Row & then got down's when this
Informant had set down his Fare a Person whom he
verily believes to be the same now present who calls
himself Peter Vairiere came & as had him if he was
Engaged & what he should give him to take him to Charing
Cross . & he say'd two Shillings this Informant left him at Mr Smiths Door & then another Man
came up & asked if he was hired & upon saying he was
not the man bid him follow which he did till he came
to Blue benche Alley & warked some time but not any
person came near him upon which he went away to
Aldersgate Street Stand says that the said Person
who first came up to him whom he verily believes to
be Peter Vaniere< no role > was dressed in a White Lappelled
Waistcoat and [..] light Coloured Great Coat

And this Informant James Miller< no role > for himself said
that in the beginning of December last he [..] lived at
