Informant went in and hearing that the said three Men were
escaping backwards, he ran out and came to the Gate of the
Burying ground. and after placing other Watchman there to prevent
their escaping he went into Lock's house again. That the Dining
Room door was open in which Room was a Fire, Knvies and
Forks and the part of a Glass of Beer on a table and appeared
as tho' same person or Persons had just left it. That in the
front Garrett he found Mary Pritchard< no role > now present sitting
on a Bed, whom he delivered to another Watchman. That finding
the Door of the two pair of Stairs Back-room locked, he broke
it open and between the Sheets of Bed therein he found the
15 pieces of silk and two pieces of Velvet now produced.
And the said Richard Richards< no role > on for himself says that he is
a Watchman and went into Lock's house at the same
time and after searching some time he found the said [..]
Davis inthea Yard adjoining to the Gard of Lock's house
standing against the Wall thereof in a concealed posture
whom he secured and took to Saint Martin's Watch house.
And the said James Lock< no role > says that Mary Pritchard< no role > and
Samuel Davis< no role > now present have cohabited together in this
Informant's house about two Months that the said Mary
Pritchard
< no role > was his Tenant and rented the whole of the One
pair of Stairs Floor and the two pair of Stairs Back room
but no other part of his house. That the Close mentioned
by the said Moses Murrant< no role > (as having found Implements of
House breaking therein) is a part of the Premises let to the
said Mary Pritchard< no role > . And the said Henry Bainbridge< no role > says
that the Red Cloth Manchester Velvet, pieces of Silk and
