was standing by the said Thomas Condon< no role >
alias Smith looking at the Counterfeit
before mentioned and his Hands were
very dirty, and further saith that he
found in the send Room fourteen Pattern
Shillings two Pattern Six pences & and two
Pattern half Crown pieces which lay at
the feet of the said Thomas Condon< no role > alias
Smith, he also found in the said Room Aqua fort is
Crucibles Sand Paper Cork and every
other Implement for the purpose of
Making Coining and Counterfeiting
the Current Silver Corn of this Realm
called Shillings and Six pences

And these Informants Charles Grubb< no role >
Dennis Mc Donald< no role > and William
Blacketer
< no role > jointly for themselves say
that they were present with the other
Informant John Dixon< no role > when the said
Thomas Condon< no role > alias Smith and John
Collins
< no role > were apprehended and that the
said Counterfeit Shillings Six pences
and half Crown Pieces and the Tools &
Implements for the purpose of Making
Coming and Counterfeiting the Current
