this 3rd. Day of December 1781.
Who being on Oath say and first the said Richard Miles< no role >
says
that the eleven Blankets now produced he is very sure are his
property And the said Thomas Brown< no role >
says that he is a Servant
to the said Richard Miles< no role >
That on Friday last was sevenight
he packed up twelve pair of Blankets and put them into his
said Master's Cart in Kent Street
in the Borough
, which said
Blanket's he was to deliver to different Persons-That
whilst his Cart was standing at the door of Mr Norris
in Holborn ye twelve pair of Blankets and other Articles
contained in the said Cart were feloniously stolen And
the said Charles Jealons says that the eleven Blankets
now produced were found by this Informant in the House
of Elizabeth Ireland< no role >
now present, who upon this Informants
finding the said Blankets in her house made her Escape.
